Hey guys,I think it was time we had a server event so without further ado, I present to you the rules of the Summer Building Competition 2016!Rules:
- Your build must fit inside an 18x18 blocks grid or smaller
- Your build must not be offensive in nature
- Be sure to claim your build
- Must be done in survival
- Your build must be submitted by the 15th of August
- You may build in teams (However you must split the rewards with your team-mate/s
- You may only submit one build per player and or team (This means you can submit and individual build and a team build)
Once you are finished building, create a thread under this board with screenshots of your build (Press F2 whilst in-game), and the coordinates of your build (Press F3 whilst in-game). The submissions will be judged by the staff and the community via a poll after the 15th of August. As of now, the winner will receive 2 mob skulls, 2 music discs, and a stack of diamonds. However I may change/edit the prize if persuaded. If you have any questions, please ask them below.

You can build anything, and yes you can team! However you must split the rewards

Can you present more than one build for a higher chance of winning? (since im already done with my build and we have til august 15)

(since im already done with my build and we have til august 15) This is a good question, and I should have clarified this in the post. You can only submit one build per team or player. However, if you wish you can keep improving and updating your build for a better chance of winning. I'm having problems with my screenshots. Can I just Enter the Coords and you look or do I have to screenshot? Hey gowther, if you've tried over and over and still can't do it, I give you permission to just submit just the coordinates. Make sure you submit it under General>Builds>Summer Building Competition 2016 Tutorials are most definitely not allowed, right? If by this you mean looking up how to build something, and re-creating it on the server then no. They have to be totally original. |

When I was setting the foundation of my build, I only counted the floor blocks and not the wall blocks, so my total area ended up being 19x19.
Unfortunately, I noticed the error fairly late into my build, and I'd rather not restart.
So, I'm requesting that the limit be increased a little to allow me to submit my entry within the guidelines.

If that doesn't work, assign the screen shot key to another key. |

When i take a screenshot it says "Could'nt save screenshot: null" i tried eptying the screenshots folder, but it didnt work.
