Mate, I wasn't even online when it happened otherwise I would have remembered it. Yes you are around 70-80 blocks away but that is still well within render distance btw.

What the heck are you on about? Why would I suddenly decide to change the rules? And what situation? What's done is done, we're speaking in past tense now. The only resolution is to stop putting up this victim act by shifting blame towards other people and the "false" rules and accept that what happened, happened because of your own ignorance and stubborness. Any other person would have left by now, but you have persisted merely because you can. Again, I'm not forcing you to move as you are already far away, but I recommend you do because we could live without this drama.

If you walk towards where we are you will be able to render from his house, but if he never comes over that way he wont render us in on neutral rendering, even then I think there's still 1 or 2 chunks between us.
Everyone seems to have a different opinion of the rule, I've seen these situations over and over again on many servers in the past and although you can never place full blame on a rule a lot of things can be made easier by changing the rules. They don't have to be made in excessive detail but they should be direct and concise.
But no I'm not placing full blame on the rules, I was just making a point that if the rule was different this would be a lot easier to manage for the server.
Also I'm not trying to shift blame onto other people, of course I gave my thorough opinion on why I thought Luke took the actions he did, we're in a situation where we must use our own opinions and morals to judge a situation, which is why we're forced to argue about it.
Another thing to note, I am the defender here, I'm defending myself, so yes, that would make me the victim.
The drama really isn't my fault, the process was we got asked to move, so we did, where we was building got claimed so we started building again, from that point all I'm doing is defending. I was asked to move for many reasons, the reasons in fact changed from "you're wrong", to "this is causing drama so please move", to "you will be jailed if you don't move", to "please move". I've been asked for all these different reasons, this is no longer because of a rule, this is opinion. I'm aware I could have just moved to make everyone's life easier but that's not how everything works in life.
Nether the less I'm sorry for the trouble it caused you.

You say you dont want to cause drama, yet you staying in your current spot does cause drama. you both troll around at Lukez base, then you two decide that that is THE spot to build in the whole wide server. Makes me question why that spot is oh so special to you. If you are using something like xray to find something special under ground, I'm sure you could find another area with the same thing. Also if you don't like the rules, no one is forcing you to stay on the server. My offer to find you two a remote location still stands. Can even help you with the moving. Because as I see it, if you two stay there you will be causing more drama then is necessary and would make this into more of a problem then needs to be. and if it becomes more of a problem, you two will be removed from the area.

Also your claim as to "He can just build in the other direction" is false. There are builds on all sides of him other then the side you are trying to build on. He didn't say he wanted to expand his house, just the projects he wants to work on. So that side of your argument is invalid.

I don't use Xray or hacks of any kind I don't see where this accusation is coming from. (Cosmic doesn't use them either).
Nobody is forcing me to stay on the server, your right, I would have left if I wanted to. Also it's not that I don't like the rules, I don't harbor some hidden feelings against the rules, I've simply said that the server uses some rules that aren't logical and may cause you additional trouble in the future if they're not adjusted. I'm not going to tell you how to run a server but I have my fair share of experience, it was simply advice, it was not trying to offend.
That argument I made isn't invalid, there's a lot of space all around the area. Just because the meaning was different doesn't make my argument invalid, it's a separate matter. I've already given my argument on the "I was going to use this spot" ordeal, at the very least I'd like to avoid repeating things.
Earlier an admin said it's over? Quote: "Again, I'm not forcing you to move as you are already far away, but I recommend you do because we could live without this drama.". I could be reading it wrong. But you're telling me something different again.

The rules are clear. The only reasons the sign board with the rules at spawn aren't as detailed is because signs have a very limited space to write on. They're meant to give you a good idea of the rules, and there is Getting Started book if you need more details, as well as staff to clarify them if you need clarification.
Regardless, you've moved and your build isn't 'too close' anymore. Great.
The reason people are still encouraging you to move farther away (preferably in a completely different area) is exactly to avoid any further of this 'drama' between you guys. It's pretty clear you guys don't get along with each other, so why live close to each other?
All of this, and possibly any future 'drama' could have been avoided entirely if you weren't being so persistent on staying there because that place is "very important" (for reasons not explained) because you're technically abiding by the rules now. Call it defending yourself if you want to, but you have no reason to not move, other than being a douche because you're technically within the rules, and we're not going to put up with such nonsense forever.
With that said, it's clear that you have no intention of moving any farther away, which is fine, however, if you and/or your friend cause any more issues we won't ask you to move your build. You will be be removed instead.
