So this town/city has been here for a few weeks now, starting with Joseplayss and I it has now quickly expanded. We are at 14 residents right now and quickly gaining more!
It is called Petrichor, which is technically a smell describing "earthy-nes", but I think the name just sounds cool. The city is comprised of two districts, Petra and Ichor - Petra being the original starting place and Ichor being the newest expansion south of the community centre.
Here anyone is allowed to build anything, notable builds include barnardmonkey's treehouse, EarlMC's Arabic Towers and fort, and Joseplayss sandstone styled house.
Not to mention the sandstone community centre that is still in construction (;
We don't just have pretty builds, we have 4 beacons providing speed and haste for the whole city. A community iron farm is constantly pumping out iron and we have a Zombie grinder for experience. Multiple public facilities are provided including free horses, llamas and any other animal, crafting stations with enderchests and anvils - and places to enchant items at level 30. A current project I am working on is a wither skeleton farm specifically for residents to use, which will provide everyone with a quick way to make a few diamonds, speaking of diamonds, we also have a haste 2 beacon constantly moving from mine to mine when all diamonds are extracted from the area, of course, this is completely free to use and open to the community.
Now, for some pictures. That is, if I can get it to work :/
Trying desperately to get a picture of the full town, 250 blocks in the sky with dodgy shaders and an elytra was *not* fun.
This is a view of the main community centre from the bridge linking Petra and Ichor, it was the third build to be added to the town.
This is the first, and most full district - Petra. This is mainly a functional place - shops, enchantment areas and automatic farms generally go here.

A view from the bridge leading to T_Bone's private island.
To the left of T_Bone's island is Ichor, the newest district.
Here you can see the Llama and horse farm that provides us all with our amazing steeds, you can also see the a new block of apartments that is being built.
