i have just one idea and i have a complaint, my idea would to be to add trading rooms in spawn so people don't steal because a lot of trade happen at spawn. i just had someone steal from my chests the stole seven enchantment books half a stack of diamonds 34iron 7gold and my anvil

Spawn is the worst place to trade due to it being the most populated place. I'd recommend just using /tpa to trade privately, though I'm not against a trading booth per se. Theft you mentioned has been rolled back earlier, as you already know.
