Hello staff,
I really want to ignore a player on Simplex IGM chat.
I did /ignore and it said it would ignore post of the player in chat.
But now i still see messages.
Won't tell name off person in this thread because it's not needed.
Will tell you if wou need the info in private.

Have you tried to ignore that same person again, to see if the ignore got removed somehow?
And I'm guessing a little here now, as I'm not sure how it works, but can it be that you used a nickname and not the real ingame nick? You can type '/realname NickNameHere' to see the actual Minecraft username, if it's a nickname.
Not sure what else it can be, as /ignore should work fine on Simplex (though I never use it myself).

If the person is a staff member you can't ignore them for chat monitor reasons. Also a /ignored player can still /reply you until one of you logs out and back in. If you still have problems, have any staff member do a /separate command. It's like a /ignore but you can't undo it without a staff member. We'd rather our players be peaceful then fighting in chat.
