Hi Guys! Today I'm proud to share with you Simplex Real Estate's First house we are selling! This home is full of detail like all of our homes will be but its being sold for the low price of 40D! 40D is too expensive when you consider this: Most players that would be interested in buying a house would be new players that don't own houses and want a house to get started in. Unless it was a massive build I doubt players that already have bases would buy it and to New Players 40D is way too much Although I do like your idea and I think a better plan for you would be to just do contract work but that's just my opinion  |

40D is too expensive when you consider this: Most players that would be interested in buying a house would be new players that don't own houses and want a house to get started in. Unless it was a massive build I doubt players that already have bases would buy it and to New Players 40D is way too much Although I do like your idea and I think a better plan for you would be to just do contract work but that's just my opinion I respectfully disagree with your statement there. - There are plenty of people who are better at gathering resources in some way, shape, or form, rather than building. Usually, these are the people who have full diamond gear but live in a borderline dirt shack. - "Efficiency over appearance," is a general rule of thumb for a large portion of Minecraft players. These players who do have houses often themselves don't think it looks good. As a player myself who qualifies as the following two things stated above, building for appearance or large, quaint spaces for the sake of just being there is like one of the last things I do. It wasn't until I got very bored that I decided to make a nice looking house; and by then I had at least half a stack of diamond blocks. I personally find building for appearance to be frustrating if it doesn't look nice, time consuming, and it's one of those things where I wish it'd be done with less work, period. For like a year, my house looked terrible as well because I'm not very good at design in this game. That being said, I 100% support this type of idea and would actually like to check out some of these houses being built personally once somebody there is online. It never hurts to have multiple bases on this server, considering we have sethomes. I would also like to know if it's possible to have the people involved build a house at a provided site, given coordinates of course.

Good luck with future building, cheers! Yes we do, do contracts but we filled up the day we opened. We plan on having a new house at least once a day and we buy and sell other people's houses so soon there should be a large variety! We also would love to buy materials in bulk from anyone who is wiling to sell them a little cheaper in exchange for us buying a lot. |
