Should Simplex even have ban appeals? as I have been looking through them recently, (no I have not read them all) It seems like almost every ban appeal gets denied. harshly too. I don't think simplex should have the opportunity to appeal for a ban. You can make an appeal, but if you do you will probably be insulted and made rude comments at. I would just like to point out that if the appeal is professional and apologetic and the person who was caught is compliant, things go pretty smoothly. I know using my own jail appeal is probably in bad taste, but the staff (in the case of this specific thread, just Kitty) weren't rude or mean - just stating the facts. I love that there's an option for people who will learn from their mistakes to correct themselves. Of course, there's always the few posts that are just ridiculous and give the users of this forum a sensible chuckle. So my two cents? The ban/jail appeal section is a part of simplex as much as any other aspect of the server and the forums, and has no reason to be removed. Lol that brings back memories! Loved the appeal but when friends (new or old) chime in it always is frustrating. "He didn't do it, I would know, I'm his friend!!" Yea well maybe you don't know him as well as you think you do.  |
