Project Olympus

'You're flying with your elytra. It's an exploring day like any other; The tall jungle biomes, the far-stretched plains, the dry deserts. But suddenly, you get into Extremehills biome. Upon entering the chunks, you see the feet of the mountain. As you're in the middle of nowhere, you'll most likely assume this mountain is like any ordinary mountain. Grass, stone and dirt, with here and there a mixup with andesite, diorite and granite. However, as you plan to fly over the mountain like anyone else, you notice the mountain is not like any other one. 'This mountain is probably the biggest one of this biome', is what you think. However, flying up more, you notice you're above cloud level. 'This is getting insane' is what you're thinking. As you fly up higher and higher, you finally reach the top. You're above Y200, at a deadly height up in the sky. As you look down, you feel like a god looking down towards men. As you land on a half destroyed bridge sticking out, you'll just consider walking upstairs. It's a long walk... After a while, you finally arrive to, well, what is it? 'It looks like some kind of temple', is what you think. Upon closer look, you've realised it. You're at mount olympus, the highest mountain of Simplex.'

Seems like a big project, huh? Well, this is what I'll be working on for the next few months. Project Olympus. A mountain.

The mountain will most likely build itself all the way to Y200, where I can use the last ~42 blocks to build a greek-styled temple. I will make this building out of mostly Snow, White Wool and Quartz Blocks. The mountain itself will most likely contribute out of standard grass and stone. However, I'm most likely mixing up different styles, filling up some parts with... Coarsed Dirt...? and mostly the top with grass+snow. It's the mother of alll mountain, so it has to be gigantic.

When thinking about size, I'd say it's around 4 tier1 maps. Think of the size of the protected spawn area, times four. I will most likely only outline the mountain, giving a gigantic space inside, that is open for many mobs to spawn. I will most likely fill this place with the beacon, as Olympus will contribute of atleast 74 beacons.

I will most likely buy Witherskeleton heads, nether stars and beacons for VERY CHEAP. My price is around 64D (one stack) per.

EDIT 1: Found the place; A flower forest. I had help clearing out most of the trees, so I could visualize the mountain.
