Mods name: sneakykitty My name: imahpirate What happened: I was introduced to this server by LuckyCharms_ and we decided to build our own little community faaaaaaar away from everyone else. Then because our friend TodersnchitzeI was making a deal with Flymm, it was discovered that we had made an ugly swastika (Explaination will be coming). So then the mods come and tells us to take it down because its "offensive" and "not funny", alright alright, we take it down, make a hindu swastika instead as a sign of peace. ^ Backstory irrelevant. Stuff happens and GloriousJulian gets banned because he seriously doesn't know when to stop. We play today and fuck around per usual. Then all of a sudden my buds toder, Lucky and Kayvan gets banned. Reasoning being: building offensive builds and being rude in chat and to staff. Perma bans Now this I could understand if it happened yesterday while the fire was still burning. Today it's just ridiculous. I personally wanted to know what that could've been and she claimed to have been "watching us for the last hour". Then proceeded to claim that Kayvan's satanic altar is somewhat offensive. How is a Satanic altar offensive? Satanism is a respected AND accepted religion in society. Being banned for expressing a religion is not a reasonable cause. I asked if it was rightful to suppress satanism and got no answer. So that's why I'm bringing it here. I want this to be resolved. Also the explanation about the first swastika: We are from a community where banter is allowed. All sort of banter. We dont really mind if its offensive or somewhat triggering to others, since it's not to us. So we were starting our little building session and out of nowhere, our German friend (DatAce), starts building this shitty ass building that is somewhat supposed to be a swastika. We decided to claim it and make sure that he couldn't take it down so he could be "ashamed" over how bad it actually was. We weren't keeping it up to offend anyone, and I still don't see how it's somewhat offensive. I would go into a rant about how -skinned society is now-a-days but I'll keep it out of this. My guess is you were banned for offensive buildings because you built a structure tied to a group of people who openly support white-supremacy and Christian-supremacy, which is offensive to people, one being me. You went on to build a satanic altar, something that can also offend people. What you need to do is realize why you were banned and stop trying to make it seem like sneakykitty banned you because you're a satanist.

My guess is you were banned for offensive buildings because you built a structure tied to a group of people who openly support white-supremacy and Christian-supremacy, which is offensive to people, one being me. You went on to build a satanic altar, something that can also offend people. What you need to do is realize why you were banned and stop trying to make it seem like sneakykitty banned you because you're a satanist. Explain how satanism can offend people? In that case I'm offended by Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism , Sikhism , And Islam. Your picture offends me, please be banned? No it doesn't work like that just because someones offended doesn't mean the whole fucking server is it's pathetic and childish that a group of people playing having fun is banned for 'Offensive structures' On land that nobody else will see unless they tp. It's amusing how many white knights are on the server coming from a white knight. P.s Let's ban people on their opinions because in all of history that always works out |

I agree with the banned players that satanism is a respected religion and believing in communism is technically not wrong either. But "Hail Hitler", swastikas and saying bad things about other religions is enough to score them a perm ban, in my opinion.

Even though they were unbanned I'm going to keep replying as I find this ridiculous? IF you think we built what we did for attention you are mistaken my friend. We were on the server for 1 week and not once did we say ' I hope a moderator comes' The reason this happened is because we conducted a trade in an unfinished house and someone saw a retarded looking swastika. We don't allow people that aren't from our community to live with us and we never would. Something that also annoys me is the hypocrititism by many people here. They constantly say be respectful and which I have with every single post and I have been called, 'dumb', 'Retarded' and 'Sick'. Our group have been relentlessly insulted etc and we are being offended by the fact we have to remove a communist flag which was an ideology that represents unity. Please explain why that offends people? Even with capitalist views you don't see the U.s , Uk , France invading communist countries like China or North Korea etc. This is really ridiculous and I find it very offending that I have to hide a view I have. Communism is a very nice ideology and was never executed well. Capitalism on the other hand is really shit and is only liked do to the appeal to upper class people in society. We weren't trolling as trolling is an act upon other people. We weren't purposely annoying anyone as we had no intention on anyone finding us. As well as this us having to hide a satanism tribute is by far the most stupidest thing I've heard. Your rules are majorly flawed. I hope the people who have insulted me and my members of the community are punished just as we were for insulting and are punished accordingly to the rules. I have repeated numerous things on numerous threads to try and get the point across that the only thing we did that was directly against the rules was in chat and somewhat the first swastika made and as well as that the burning cross. You can find whatever you want to be ridiculous, the flag will need to go. as i stated in the other thread to Lucky all the things must be moved within 24 hours or i will remove it tomorrow and leave the wool for Tod to take and make it where he and his friends may view it privately. as i said if something like this is done in plain view again the ban will be perm and there will be no compromises made. If anyone doesn't like the fact they may find a new place to play.

I personally don't find it offensive, I couldn't care less. But I know when these types of things are built (anything politically or religiously motivated) they are bound to cause controversy sooner or later. And by the way, your last reply was an obvious attempt to start up that controversy again. That is why kitty (and me) wants this stuff taken down. Not because we personally find it offensive.
On top of that, right now I feel you're just arguing for the sake of arguing. I also seriously doubt that you're a communist. But even if you are, why do you feel the need to express yourself on a minecraft server? It's like when a vegan constantly feels the need to make it known that they are so, but nobody gives a f*ck. Same thing happening here. And if you're not a communist, then why do you care so much about the flag? Like I said, I feel you're just arguing because you're bored and got nothing else to do. You're group has already been unbanned so there's nothing to gain here.

Thank you meehan, this is exactly what i would have posted if you had not already beaten me to it, rachet purely argues about this kind of shit simply because "why the fuck not", i cannot confront him about thsi currently as he currently has me muted because he cant take realtalk. His constant babbling about this already resolved issue is cringy at best.
And another thing is that i see him bring up is the argument of "Carelessly banning Groups of People" even though we do the exact same thing with Ghosters and Hackers on our Server. ( + there was an incident where i permabanned 6 People for repeatedly provoking and joking about school shootings in the USA). Staff are not perfect and in this case, a right choice was taken against us. If you still think that a communist flag wont offend anybody you are goddamn fucking wrong, because not only was it built in spite after an admin took down my swastika, but i also kept telling you that this is what is gonna get you banned if you keep it up, and guess what happened, from this point on you can expect staff members to stay invis in our base for 8+ hours a day to wait for us to reform and stop being the same idiots that we are in our community.
I am saying this because you are my Friend, and as a Friend i am telling you: Please shut the fuck up and just play the goddamn Game and stop arguing with a small Community of People that actually are not stuck up s.
So from this Point on, pull a Tyler1 and just fucking reform:
