Ban Appeal

Hi there, lets start from the beginning. (All times are in GMT-5)
At ~7PM you were getting kicked a whole bunch by matrix for "FastPlace/FastBreak". As you were getting kicked almost instantly I teleported over to watch you to see if matrix was false positive'ing. It was not. I witnessed you mining a beacon as you said, however the way you were mining it, where your player snapped from one block to the next, mining without skipping a beat, made me believe that you were using an auto-miner. As soon as one block was broken, your player instantly snapped onto the next iron block, even if that block was 120° behind you. Always snapping instantly onto the next iron block, always mining at the center of the block. For me, I don't find that possible without the use of an Auto-miner.
[You had just mined the block 3rd from the top, when your camera snapped to the bottom block to instantly start mining it. There was no in-between movement]
 
I did an initial ban of 3 days before I had a chance to look at your punishment history, which I forgot to do at the time. A few mins later I remembered something odd. Just before 6:30PM you asked "is there a sand farm anywhere on the server>" to which I responded "duplication is not allowed". You're response to that was "oh ok". Remembering this made me think "did this player even read the rules?" Curious, I decided to take a look to see if you set off any x-ray notifications, and sure enough at 6:15 PM we had gotten a notification that you had reached the mining limit. So I went to go check out the area you were mining in (the notification includes coords) and here is what I found: (All diamond ores' were rolled back for the purposes of showing where they were).

After doing some weird mining techniques earlier in the mine, you decided to mine up a few blocks then straight again (Coming from the top of this picture). You then dug up and took a sharp turn, leading you straight to diamonds. 

You then went down the cave into and into the mineshaft for about 20 blocks before you tunneled into the wall (Coming from the right of this picture). You then quickly dug down and over to break yourself into this spider spawner room. The time that it took you to mine from the right of the image all the way to the spawner wall was 10 seconds. 10 Seconds is not enough time to have the spiders spawn, for you to hear the spiders, and then for you to dig to the spiders.

After that you went into that connecting mineshaft, turned down the first hallway, and started making a staircase up into a water cave, right into a diamond ore.

Next you went back down that staircase and mined into a wall. After about 25 blocks you ran into a cave with another diamond ore right where you dug into said cave.

At this point it was enough for me to ban you a week for X-ray, but this time I remembered to look for any past punishments. 14 Days ago on August 6th SnuRRe0 banned you for X-ray and speed mining hacks. I doubled checked these mines to make sure, and yep, these were made today. Since you were using both hacks along side X-ray, snurre decided to ban you for 14 days. So on your first day back, you took the same actions that got you banned 14 days prior. All these incidents combined make me, along with other staff, believe that you don't wish to follow the rules of the server. As such, since this is your 2nd time being cause using X-ray, you have been perma banned. If you wish to appeal again, do so AFTER at least 1 year has past.
