Hey everyone, lately I've been noticing a frequent phrase that is stated when players typically address bigger problems they might have, that being: "It's been added to the admin to-do list." as a response to players various concerns.
This response can be reassuring as staff will eventually get to it, but I feel the main issue here is the lack of admins. I think there are a handful of knowledgeable staff that would fit this role additionally. The 3 admins we have (Including SnuRRe0) Tend to be busier with irl things. This is 100% understandable, life happens. However, I do feel it's important to have example Choo_Imperium as an admin as she is very active, always has been, and is knowledgeable enough to take on this higher role, reaching out to other players who have been waiting for their or server issues to be fixed.
To conclude this message, I hope that this will be heard from staff and discussed as I want other players who are having tougher issues to be resolved a little quickier with the addition of another admin or two.
I appreciate the hard work to maintain such a server, I know running a server can be quite expensive and challenging to deal with at times, so thank you for keeping up with us! Have a great day
