Hi there, when you hit your limit I decided to stick around and watch ya mine for a bit. 



I first saw you running through the large cave you were in when I reset your limit when you looked at a wall for a few seconds and mined straight into it, took a turn and came out into another cave. This alone is not enough proof for X-ray as you could have just been lucky, so I kept watching you.



About a minuet later you found this spider spawner inside that cave you dug into. Once you finished looting the chests instead of heading back out to continue exploring the cave, you stared at the wall (opposite to the dungeon entrance) for a good 5-10 seconds before mining straight into this next cave. I believed I had enough evidence to ban you here but I let you keep going for a bit. You continued to run straight through caves and whenever you hit a dead end you would mine straight into a nearby cave.



In this next picture you once again dug straight into a cave, or I should say straight into diamond that was exposed to the cave. At this point I started to prep the temp-ban message which I sent about 1-2 minuets later. After you got banned I went and looked around the rest of the area to see more tunnels going from cave to cave and 0 tunnels just going into the wall which means 100% of the time you dug into a wall, you found yourself a new cave. Those would be extremely low odds for someone playing the base vanilla game of MC.

There is a difference of about 5-10 minuets between you getting banned and you making this appeal. That gives you enough time to remove any mods/texture packs you might of been using. X-ray is using X-ray texture/resource packs, X-ray mods, the free-cam mod, using the "clay method" to find diamonds, spamming f3+a to find mobs, etc to locate ores, caves, structures, etc that you would not normally be able to easily find without the use of these "methods".

First time punishment for X-ray includes a 7-day temp ban and removal/destruction of all minerals, tools, armor, and other items obtained/bought using said minerals/other items. The items have not yet been removed (waiting on input from other staff). If you come back and X-ray again the punishment will be removal of items again + a perm ban which you will not be allowed to appeal for at least one year.
