I think I was banned from the shop I do not remember taking anything however I have some written books that are un accounted for that I think I may have stolen b4 I understood the rules I just came back yesterday after a long time of not playing at all. I am not sure if the books were free or if I stole them but can you tell me what I stole if that is possible and I can give back for an unban or if its not I can give back the books and some diamonds or something as a form of apology to the person I stole from. I am very sorry I would like to be unbanned from shop.

Hello, thanks for taking the time to make this post.
You were Shopping District banned for stealing from multiple Nether Shops, including mine, which is where the unaccounted-for books came from.
Unfortunately you must wait until atleast 6 months have passed since your Shopping District ban to appeal, and you were banned from the shops on January 17th.
I suggest taking this time to more understand the rules so this doesn't happen again in the future.
I look forward to hearing from you 3 months from now.

I very respectfully do not think this is fair because I had no idea how the shopping district worked I remember thinking originally that those items were free as you can see I could have taken netherite or other valuables like that but I just took written books and ornaments I think. I think that my ban should be lifted within the next few days and their should be a specific rule on the rule board at spawn that says you cannot take items from shops you must pay the asked amount unless they specifically say they are free. I think this is fair please consider my argument.

Hello, as you can see in the screenshot below, our very first rule posted at spawn is No Stealing. This means you cannot take items without permission, or without paying the listed price under any circumstances. This sign was already posted on the rule board when you first joined the server, and when you stole from the Nether Shops.  Another thing I would like to point out is that there were several signs posted on the containers you stole from, that specifically said the listed price, meaning they are not free to take. Here are some examples of some of the shulkers you stole from:    If you did not know how the shops worked, then you shouldn't have used them before understanding how they worked. There are several signs directing you to the rules of the Nether Shops at the entrance, right next to where you stole from. If you are ever unsure whether or not items are free to take, you should never assume they are. Always ask a staff member first for clarification. Since you are unable to understand the rules, and it has not been atleast 6 months since your ban, I do not think it is fair to lift your ban at this time. You may appeal again on July 17th.
