This was not your first offense. You had already been tempbanned for grief (which wasn't helped by your comments about the server, quoted below). Full text of the reason for your tempban:

Killing ALL of another player's axolotl, and then taunting them about it, is not ok. See you in a week, if you choose to continue to play here.

Then the day your tempban expired, you stole from virtually every chest and dropper that wasn't claimed in boo87's base. Your actions have spoken pretty clearly that you aren't here to play; or at least, not by our community's rules of behavior.

You may appeal a ban after no less than one year. You are welcome to appeal then, if you've reconsidered your feelings about playing by our community's rules.
