Punishment and Duration: SD Ban / Permanent (I think)
Reason: Xray
Appeal: It has been exactly 6 months since this incident and I want to play fair and be allowed to visit the shopping district. I want to have a shop to put inside and start selling items to other players. I haven't caused any trouble in the past 6 months as well.

You would not have been banned from the SD for xray, it would have been some sort of theft(looking it up it looks like grief/theft from a player build). As long as you know theft, underpayments, reverse shopping are all not tolerated and will absolutely be log blocked, I don't see why you can't be unbanned from the SD. Thank you for your appeal.
