If you don't know who I am, I am Zeph, Zephy, ZephyrKitty_, Director of the Nether District for the past year, and local cat.
It is with great pleasure and pride that I'm here to announce that I am currently accepting applications for the newly-formed Nether District Committee! You've asked for it, and now it's finally here! This is a golden opportunity to help better your Simplex community with ideas,
projects, designs, and styles that you think the Nether District would
look better with or without!

Background on the Nether Shops:
The Nether Shops are a community project that began ever since the server started in Simplex 1.0. I have carried on the torch and tradition in Simplex 2.0 with the new Nether Shops! The idea is that a major economic area for the server is accessible to all ranks, anytime, without worrying about managers or shop signs. Most shops in the Nether are redstone-centered, meaning they run automatically with a lower chance of theft than our Shopping District counterpart. The shops are available to anyone, anytime, to do whatever you want with it. Ideally, shops, but you can make whatever you'd like! (Within reason, as always)
Requirements for Eligibility:
-16+ years of age
-No record of bans from the Shopping District or any related theft bans/exiles
-An enthusiastic drive to make the Nether Shops a better place!
-I do not care about rank. I care about if you as an individual are responsible, dedicated and if you really want to help.
Space is extremely limited!
Payment will be discussed once enough Committee Members, as a block, join!
If you have an idea of what your payment should be, please let me know.
What positions are available:
We are currently looking for the following positions to be filled:
-Assistant Director
-Construction Director
-Resource Director
-EIGHT (8) Committee Members
Who does what:
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR:
-Able to take on the responsibility of managing the Staff and leading the way for the Committee while the Director is absent.
-In-charge of all the Nether paths and any other areas that we currently claim.
-Ideally, a Staff Member would fill this vacancy but anyone is eligible!

CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR:
-Responsible for the construction of the Nether Shops and paths
-Taking and using ideas from Committee members
-Overseeing projects undertaken by your team
-Overseeing projects undertaken by your team
-You will be responsible in maintaining the Nether paths and the expansion the Committee desires.
RESOURCE DIRECTOR:
-In-charge of the gathering and procurement of materials needed by the Construction Director/crew
-Overseeing your crew of Committee members
COMMITTEE MEMBER (x8)
This is the most important role to fill and also the most limited.
-Ability to join the Construction or Resource team
-Helping current Shop Owners with any problems and redirection to Staff
-Helping new Owners set up a plot anywhere in the Nether District (except paths.)
-Able to submit ideas to either team regardless on your placement about what the District should look like, what it shouldn't look like, and what you want to see. (Artistic liberty! I will guarantee your ideas will be heard, I will personally review every single one as well.)
Space is extremely limited as I've gotten requests in the past. If you've already asked me about placement in the Committee before, you will have to submit a request again.
