Reason: Spamming ThatMinecraftKat with reports.
Appeal: Ok first of all I just wanna talk about that I was about to get unjailed that day. Then I had nothing to do because I was muted and Jailed. Kat was on so I wanted to ask her something. So I reported her and that was my only way of communicating. So then I did that.
But when I was about to go I just wanted to come out. So I spam reported her for grief. I’m sorry. I didn’t think about anything else than coming out.

Despite already being punished (multiple times) for breaking the rules... Despite being warned and punished for spamming on the server, you decide THIS is appropriate behaviour?

Here is a little re-cap of your history on Simplex:
May 16th: You joined the server for the first time.
May 18th: You was jailed for grief already, and then your jail time was extended later the same day because we also found that you stole from unclaimed chests. This included a shopping district ban. May 19th: You made a jail appeal where you clearly didn't know the rules of the server. You appeal was denied. May 20th: You were muted for one hour, while being in jail, for spamming chat with questions about your jail time, complaining on the staff team etc. May 21st: You were muted for 10 minutes, then 30 minutes, and then finally for the rest of your jail time, for the same reason at above. Complaining, spamming etc. May 21st: You made another appeal for your mute-time, which also was denied for obsious reasons. May 22nd: You started doing /report several times, reporting the staff member AquariusBlue for abusing her staff rank. May 22nd: You made yet another forum thread, complaining about our rules, and you being unable to play. May 23rd: You continued to complain in your last forum thread from the day before, also continued to ask to get unjailed and complaining more about our rules in your first forum thread from the 19th. And it was again denied. Two of your forum threads was therefor locked. May 25th: You started spamming /report, a lot. It was not only to ask Kat something, this was some of the messages your sent while "reporting" Kat: "Hello, YEah yk, Can i get some diamonds?", "Umm, Ok. But i think i just glitched, Can you help me? Do /unjail SuperLooper5000, I got stuck", "Grief", "This is my only way to reply or say stuff", "Grief/Theft/Abooose  ", "Grief", "Grief", "Grief", "Grief".
I got tired of you wasting several staff members time, so I told them to tempban you for a week to give you some real time off to think about how you behave on this server.
Your last and finally appeal(this one) is therefor: DENIED.
If you make more forum posts about this, you will be banned from the forum. I'm not gonna sit here and watch you waste staffs time.
You are welcome back after a week, if you can follow our rules.

It doesn't really matter who did the ban command. If you need someone to blame, you can blame me I guess, as I told them to tempban you.

I’m so sorry ;(. To all of you.
Now I will wait this ban time and think about what I did and that I should NEVER repeat it on the server again. This made me feel so bad so I think I deserve it. I will wait until I get unbanned and then I will be a good member. I will build a house like a normal player. I will vote sometimes. I will be respectful and more wanting to help them than grief them. I will NEVER repeat these behaviors on the server again.
You guy’s are very nice, Respectful, Good, Helpful and awesome staff members and owners. Now I see how respectful and nice the staff team are, Aqua you were nice and gave me a jail time instead. Now I see that the staff team is great.
I’m sorry for taking your time, I hope you can forgive me once. You guys are taking your time to help and that is one of the most respectful things a staff member chould do. I’m sorry, I will think about what I’ve don’t and it won’t be repeated. I’m disappointed in myself. I’m sorry. I will wait out my ban.
