This is not fair for anyone and there are rules that make you unable to play the game.
If someone attacks you. You are not allowed to do anything?
Let them take your stuff.
I’m just not very happy about this.

I’m just not very happy about this. Can you explain which rules you think are unfair? Grieving someone’s build, when we’re made aware of it, IS punished. You can only attack people inside the PvP arena. If you don’t want to be attacked, stay out of the arena. If anything is stolen, we roll it back… but we have to be made aware. You are currently unable to play on Simplex because you are in jail.
You were jailed for grief and theft, which is against our server rules.
You are also muted for the rest of your jail time, for repeatedly asking to get out of jail, even after your forum appeal was denied, and several shorter mutes for not dropping the topic in chat.
Not sure what you mean by someone attacking you or letting them have your stuff.
But if you have a problem with another player, take that up with staff. Do not get back at them in-game, that will only make you break more rules.

1st: I think the staff take theft TOO seriously. Can literally change a duration from 2 to 7 for one small thing. 5 days extra is too much in my opinion.
2: Bully: Yes, Bully is VERY rude, I know but the thing is that I’ve never really seen bullies in a game/Minecraft. It doesn’t feel that normal, Often if someone whould break the rules they whould probably hack.
The rule that says “Be respectful” is almost the same as bully.
Thanks for reading, I actually don’t have any idea if there are any of these but I did not choose the rules, This was just a kind of question (No hate). Anyways this server has normal and good rules.

1) I don't think theft is taken "too seriously". Theft is a serious issue... and is specifically against the rules.
When theft takes place, that could potentially stop a player from continuing with their projects until a Staff member is aware and able to resolve the issue. Any time someone is jailed/banned (For theft, or otherwise), they are advised that they can appeal on the forums. Should they have a valid reason (or show enough remorse) we often reduce the sentences of 'lesser' crimes.
2) I'm not exactly sure where your point is here? Bullying should not, and will not be tolerated on this server. Racism, Homophobia, Xenophobia, Transphobia, Antisemitism... ANY type of hate or bullying is punished. Hacking is just one form of cheating and it's punished when we know it's happening. (The server automates a lot of this for us.) If you are following the rules and Being Respectful, then you won't be bullying people, or doing any of the above.
