I have put this in the Suggestions and Complain because I am very upset with this. I called Christa a Turd, and I've never got in trouble, or even warned for using that word... But... When I said it this time, Mark muted me for a day. I asked him why and what I did, because I really didn't think it was disrespectful. Then he said that I got muted for using the word turd, then a moment later he say that I got muted not because of Turd, but what I did like 5 hours ago. I was really confused, but then he muted me for 7 days. This is really upsetting to me, because he didn't really say what I did wrong.

I think that it was more of a misunderstanding - according to me, the story seems very confusing, and looking from the point of view from both sides, I think the story is just complicated and it is nobody's fault; not Mark's, nor, Bgar's fault. But, I do feel Bgar should be unmuted and we need to move on from this.

Bgar, you had a chance to change. You were muted for a week before so you could think on your behavior. Then today you told a player "fuck you" you were warned then with a short mute. Then when you called christa a turd thats when you were muted for another week because obviously you have not changed a god damn thing. Your constant breaking of rule 4 (respecting others) is why you are again muted for a week. I suggest you stop your rude behavior now or you will be muted 2 weeks like i was going to do, but mark handled it before myself. Eventually it will turn into temp bans. Was this a good enough warning for your future? Probably not.

you know if you stopped swearing at people and calling them names than maybe you would not get muted. you are slower than my brother was when he was 4 and kept touching the wood stove.

I was trying to be nice but the fact that you continue to disrespect other players and wish to fight me about it in game got you the full 7 day mute I am supposed to be giving you. If you cant understand that cursing at players and calling them names is disrespectful, I suggest you refrain from using the public chat. also, I cant speak for the other helpers but, I fully support this mute. If you continually spam my personal chat with tp requests, I wont be as nice as mark. I have enough on my chat screen to watch, I don't need you adding to it.

If you meant to make the 10 minute mute a 7 day mute, then why did you hesitate 2 times, and people are always swearing at people and never getting punished for it. Am I just getting targeted of what I have done in the past? And when I did receive the 7 day mute, it was me asking how the word "turd" is disrespectful, I seriously did not know. Just as I said before, I have never gotten into trouble using those words. Why would you mute someone for asking a question, FOR 7 DAYS! It's like a second grader at school gets put in timeout, then he he says something to a person that is "disrespectful", then he asks the teacher, "what did I do? I've never got in trouble for doing that, I didn't know that was bad!" Would the teacher send him to the principle's office and get a severe punishment? I hope not.

first of all, people who curse at others get warned if its their first offence. this isnt your first day on the server now is it. second the word turd in itself is not a bad word but you called a player a turd. you are by far one of the most disrespectful players on the server and your "sorry it wont happen again" wont get you out of trouble anymore. you and another player are really fighting for the tidal for who can get to a perm ban first.

it wasnt just that one infraction it was only the straw that broke the camel's back so to say. He wont be getting many more chances before he gets muted because he is a repeat offender. he is a repeat offender thus he was muted much more quickly then other players would.

As kitty said if you're a repeat offender you will be punished more harshly because it shows you didnt learn anything from the previous punishment

Is that really how helpers see chat No. Whenever you go on a server or a single player world, your game saves a copy of all that was in the chat, which is put in your .minecraft folder. Mark went there, and copy pasted quotes from the chat log (I'm pretty sure. Unless he checked the actual server console chat logs.) |

I "hesitated 2 times" as you say because I did not want to give you another 7 day mute. Believe it or not but I do not enjoy muting or banning people, I'd rather just warn them. I was trying to be nice, but when players such as you ignore the warnings or simply don't care and continue to break the SAME EXACT rule multiple times they will be punished. And yes, you do get targeted because of you past behavior. Don't act like you don't know what you are saying is wrong. When I go easy on you and you whine and complain to me about it rather than apologizing I can tell you haven't changed or learned a thing. Trust me, its the last time I will "hesitate" with you as my multiple attempts to be nice have been wasted. Telling someone "fuck you" and calling someone a "turd" is rude and disrespectful, plain and simple.
