i jail for a Elytra theft on plot1 i an notcharlsdamelio or all Shure i payed for the elytra it is possible im rong i wil pay than if im unjail if i diddent

On 01-07, you took an elytra from stabbyeyes' mini-plot without paying anything for it. That's a theft of 56 diamonds, effectively.
Your friend notcharlsdamelio apparently started to buy an elytra on 01-09, but changed their mind. I'm including that record here so you can see what that looks like when someone buys and pays.
You are jailed for 5 days in total (4 more from now), and are banned from the shopping district indefinitely.
You may appeal the Shopping District ban after at least 6 months if you can stay out of trouble. Good luck, and hopefully see you in the Shopping District again some day.
