Appeal: dear staff, i wasnt even doing anything mining related when i got banned today (28.12.20), i was building a new house and suddenly got banned for x-ray, i would like to know what evidence has let you to this ban, regards, ZeroSkill2001

Fun fact: you don't have to be actively xraying for us staff to find out you are xraying. You see we have a great anti xray that notifies us when you hit the mining limit. It then sends that info to us not only in game but to our own staff discord. Today I was feeling particularly staff-y and decided to do a little back log on those notifications which was slightly boring as most people are honest miners. My findings on you though:
in this pic you came up from the left bottom corner, went right unprovoked (by ore or gravel, ect)
then you went down to these: (slime blocks where the diamond ore was)
but surely one hit was not enough. So a hunting I would go and found this one, how did you know to dig down to that ice pool? like diamond ore esp...
then here for a third hit you went completely sideways around some lava, then decided to dirt block path over that other lava and hit those diamonds that were not visible from the opening of that little lava lake, you had to get through multiple layers of stone:
and finally you going to sit there and say you did not xray to this spawner?
Here lay my findings, appeal has been denied. After your 7 days are over, if you choose to rejoin our community, please keep in mind a second time xraying and you will be perm banned. Thank you and have a nice day. o/

So random mining is not allowed? Also i saw no signs that say you cant play with subtitles on, when i see that "lava is flowing" water is flowing" or "zombies" i just dig there because i know that diamonds are common around lava or caves, plus that "frozen water" was only frozen because of my enchanted boots. If i knew earlier that you get falsely mistaken for xraying i would not have wasted my time on this Server. Period.

Hahahahaha if you even did your fucking job slighty right yoh wouldâve banned me for stealing from shop instead of accusing me of xray. Yall are a bunch of stupid kids not worth my time.
