i broke someones mushroom house on unclaimed terotory because they had griefed my base before. i had tried to contact ppl about it on the discord but noone responded. this guy was also being really rude to me for no reason. i broke his mushroom house a bit. i had given him trust to my claim and a few hours later my base was off a bit, there were holes in my floor my bed was gone so i cant respawn my valubal items and gifts i had recieved were all gone. i know breaking the mushroom house was not good but i didnt know that u r not allowed to break on unclaimed property. i am also very new to the server i joined just a few days ago and ive worked very hard. he also killed my skelly horse witch took a long time to get. i was also never trusted by him so i dont know why it said that he trusted me. i trusted him however. my ign is vortx26 and i apoligize for breaking the house i will not do it again and i will try to move away from him because it has obviously not worked out so well.

OK, update: that house you were staying in, and had created a claim in, was built by awaux84. It was actually his house. You and he both used the chests there to put things in and take things out, including valuables. You created a claim covering the chests (but not the rest of the room), and gave full trust to awaux84. awaux84's irl cousin, Luckydaisyy, attests that you created that claim out of spite to awaux84, to prevent him from having access to his own things. (That's theft, by the way.) I suppose the console logs will show that you later gave him access (and also Evan_Q, for lord knows what reason).
Y'all had not lit up the room very well, and the whole middle of that room was not protected by a claim. It was dark, a creeper spawned in there, and blew up -- destroying some of the floor. You assumed that awaux84 had griefed you. I can see how you might think that, since you had locked him out of his own storage chests in his own house, and from your point of view you might have expected some kind of pay-back. And then for god knows what reason, you decided to destroy some of Luckydaisyy's mushroom house. Broke off huge chunks of it, out of a childish temper tantrum.
All the damage is rolled back now. I will shorten your tempban from 7 days to 3, but you are still in the wrong here. And you need to build a new home far away from that group.

the group said that it was ok if i stay aslong if i fix up my house (it looked bad) so does that mean i still have to move because mods said so or can i stay because they said so?

vortx26, that is very kind of the other players to say that you can stay, in spite of what you did. They are clearly good people. If they are willing to have you in their "camp", you are free to stay. Just remember to return their kindness and trust by being a good friend and neighbor. Merry Christmas.
