Hi, ive been banned for xraying & theft, i dont remember doing any of those. i didnt notice cuz i took a break from minecraft (im unbanned now). Also my shulker with ALOT of diamonds got taken by a mod/admin & all my god tools have also been taken. May i please get more information? Im Faulkner999, oh and also my shulker with 200 gold blocks from my gold farm has also been taken

i forgot to mention, i got muted for 1 month because i was asking why my tools were gone. i didnt know it was caused by a mod or admin and JavaNinja thought i was complaining

So the X-ray you have done dates back to October-24th, about 20 days after you joined the server so you should have known X-ray was not allowed by that point. All the X-ray you did was on diamond ores exposed to pockets of lava. Server's anti-Xray did not hide diamond ores exposed to lava until November of this year so your X-rays fit the time frame and could not have been a "lucky find". The pics I attached, if I did it right, shows where you mined the diamond ores (marked with scaffoldings) that were under pockets of lava. In the first one you dug straight down to the ores, under lava, with nothing leading up to that ore. The other pics show the mess you made just trying to get the ores under the lava, using gravel to clear the lava. The last pic is a log that shows you taking diamonds from unclaimed player chest. I can return your gold but the rest will be thrown into cactus as a punishment for X-raying. Next time caught X-Raying will result in Perma-Ban from the server. |

Next time caught X-Raying will result in Perma-Ban from the server. so the player diamonds chest i returned immediately, you can check. also please dont throw my items in a cactus i got alot of diamonds from my shop. i sold all of my elytras i used to have for those diamonds. also could you please give the netherite back for the tools. i saw you did that for another player. i will behave i promise. i really need my diamonds back because this has nothing to do with them. |

I can't return the diamonds, whether they were Xrayed or earned from shop as I have no way to tell how much was xrayed and earned, and punishment has to remain equal to all Xrayers.
About returning netherite. The time I did return was because it was suggested by Massani at the time, i was going to toss it into cactus as well, since there is no way to tell if it was bought or made with Xray diamonds.
If other staffs think returning the netherite is okay then i am fine with it but, if not, they will have a meeting with Mr. Cactus.

Faulkner999, apart from stealing, lying about it, and then playing the victim, you were causing a bunch of drama in ingame chat about all of the above. You're on your last straw in that regard, dude. I will unmute you and we'll see how it goes. If you continue to stir drama ingame, the mute will come back, and will not be so quickly lifted.

This is prob not for me to say, but when a player has been jailed or punished for xraying, most of their diamonds/netherite/good items will be destroyed, because thoes items could have been xrayed in, or bought with cheated diamonds
