I was jailed for not paying enough for iron blocks

Hello _mmikey,

Thank you for taking the time to write this jail appeal. 

You were jailed for 3 days because you, quite noticeably, underpaid for iron blocks at CanadianC's mini shop (plot #8) in the shopping district. The price is stated clearly on the sign: 3D per stack of iron blocks. You only paid the price of 1D for 3 stacks of iron blocks. Here is the logblock evidence for it:

Please note that underpayment is still theft; in this case, you only paid for 1 stack of iron blocks and helped yourself to the remaining 8 stacks.
While you claim it was an accident, you still failed ignore very clearly stated signs and acted in a reckless manner. I have added a picture of the sign in the attachments.

Based on your apology but keeping in mind the amount of items stolen, I will reduce your jail sentence from 3 days to 1 day.

In the future, please be more cautious in taking the time to read signs and paying the correct price for the items you take. Think of it this way: if shop-owners are kind enough to take the time out of their day to gather and sell items that players need, then players should have the courtesy of ensuring that they pay the correct amount.
