Dear JavaNinja I'm sry for what I said it was really mad cause I was about to finish my iron farm and in the past couple of days i have put a lot of time into this server. I did not mean to offend you or any other staff members and I now understand the rules and will not break them again. I do know that I did steal those items and that was when I started and I thought I wouldn't get cought but then I told a new friend that I stole something and he said that I can get banned so I did want to return that stuff but I couldn't find the plots. and when I acted like I had no clue what you were talking about I was trying to make you think you had made a mistake but now I know how seriroious it is and will not steal or make fun of the server. I am fine with like a week of jail time as long as I can still play I do want to be able to access the district shop cause I started shop with a friend and its called the greenjuice shop but in all I am very sorry for my actions and I would want to give the owner of the stuff I stolen their Items back and pay for what I may costed them with time and what they could have sold. Please for give me I am truly sry for what I did

I believe you're sincere, juice. Lots can happen in the heat of the moment, in the blink of the eye, that we come to regret later. The theft has already been rolled back, but if you'd like to apologize to the shop owner once you're back ingame, I'm sure they would appreciate that. I'll unban you. The jail time is 4 days, which I'll reduce by 1 day to 3.
As far as the Shopping District ban, that's a tough call. The Shopping District depends very much on trust, in order to not be a continuous nightmare for the shop keepers. Normally, a shopping district ban can only be appealed after 6 months to a year of regaining the community's trust, with no further trust-breaking incidents of any kind. I'll consult with SneakyKitty and see what she thinks. I expect a decision will be made before you're a free bird. I can't make any promises, though.

juice / 999_1400, I've discussed it with SneakyKitty. The Shopping District ban will stand for now; but if you can avoid any further entanglements, we'll consider lifting it earlier than normal. Update this thread to remind us in about a month, if you've stayed out of trouble until then. (You can still access the Market shops district and the shops on the Nether roof.)

Dear Java/Staff, I know what my actions have costed me but I have had some time to think and I really love this community and how strong it is. I also know it has been some time but not the average amount but I would love to be able to give back to the community and I feel like the next step would be in the district. I plan to sell lower priced items so its easier for newer players to get up to higher levels. "Joop" / JuiceLemonade, the staff has considered your request, and the answer is "no" at this time. The earliest your SD ban will be lifted will be at least 6 months from when it started.
Please stop nagging all of us about this on Discord, DM's, PM's in game, etc. Thanks.
