Okay, so let me explain. A few days ago, I tried to log in to Simplex. I needed to because I had just lost a load of my stuff, and I was working on getting more stuff to get back on my feet. When I tried to log in, it took a little while to load stuff. After my surroundings and base loaded in, I tried to do my usual thing of chatting what my splash text said, but it didn't come out. I didn't even get the mail alert, or the Welcome message, or the players online message. I couldn't see chat at all. I left the game and went on to play on another server, then came back. The same thing happened. When I used my elytra to jump around, I was just stuck on the floor. I couldn't deactivate it. Yesterday, I managed to fully load in with chat for about a minute, then when I tried to chat again nothing happened. I would just like to know if I have been blacklisted for something, or if this is a problem on my internet or connection. Thanks!

Our records show no staff putting in any kind of punishments for you. Are you able to open your inv and the menu? This seems really odd. Simplex doesn't have a whitelist so technically doesn't have a blacklist unless you count the banned players but banned players can't log in at all.

I would suggest a few things: re install minecraft all together, make sure your computer is up to date on all things including java, re starting your router, re starting your computer, and last but not least if the problem persists try using a vpn to log in to see if for some reason the ips are just not having it.

I'm not all that tech savvy but I do usually get results when updating things or turning them off then back on again. Hope this helps and if not maybe a more nerdy staff member can help you.

When I logged back on to Simplex a few hours after posting, it worked. I had trouble with logging back in to the forums, so I couldn't update. I still don't know why I couldn't connect to Simplex, but now it's all working just fine. Thanks!
