Reason: gathering sand at /warp farm in the desert
Appeal: I know there are rules against building/destroying near another players build. However looking at other appeals one of the staff members said the rule is Don't build/mine within 100blocks of someone else's build/claim covers this. However, this is not stated clearly anywhere saying there is not set distance in /rules or at spawn saying the only place this information is located in is the getting started book which most players do not read as this is not a must read item. Also to see that the desert has already been mine in that location suggest to me that it was allowed also being that far out I thought it was okay.
