Hi all!
Because of the fairly small world border we currently have, we will be resetting the end dimension quite frequently. For each time we plan on resetting the end, I will reply to this post, and update this first post with a date and time. There will be close to no extra down time, maybe a few minutes only.
I will have to do this when I have time for it, not nessecarily at one of the scheduled restarts. That's also why I will not set a specific timestamp when I announce the resets, as I will need to do it when it fits my schedule. A server restart will be announced in-game like any other restart, and it will only take a few minutes.
What will be kept: Everything inside a square box that has its corners on the following coordinates X:-1024/Z:-1024 and X:1023/Z:1023.
This includes the main end island, the pvp arena, the spleef arena, the end farms close to the main end island, and other things that are built inside of that imaginary box.
If you have any items or blocks stored somewhere else in the end, you have one week to get those. And if you for some reason have built something big, or a base(which I hope not) somewhere out in the end dimension, please contact staff asap and we will try to figure something out.
Previous end resets: - November 1st 2020 - February 26th 2021 - July 14th 2021

End has been reset, but we are having chunk loading issues.
I'm currently running a pre-generation of the whole end dimension, to try to solve this. This might take up to 10 hours or so.
Until this is finished, I would not recommend flying in the end, as you might die because of chunks not loading in.

Is the end going to have a new seed this time to avoid people flying to end cities they already have the coords for like last time?

Is the end going to have a new seed this time to avoid people flying to end cities they already have the coords for like last time? If people are writing down all coordinates for end cities they have been to before, that is a lof of effort. Might not be the biggest problem really.
Can't really change the seed of the whole dimension while keeping the main island. But I do have a plan, so I'll see what I can do.
