Reason: "building around somebody's portal. creating a death trap"
Appeal:
I was trying to make a guardian farm, I open a portal on the main world, the exit is above the top bedrock in neither, to somebody else's portal, the land was unclaimed and there was a small house build with glass with a pillager inside. there are a few more portal around which are all claimed by the same player, so I think this one might be not needed anymore so I claim the land, and build a collect and execute part for my farm.
The farm was abandoned since I figure out the guardian can't get teleported in server. but I forget to abandonclaim and destroy my building.
Then I was baned for 3 days.
I explain the "death trap" to a manager, he reduce my punishment to 1 day, saying I was "griefing" which I think is completly not fair.
First, Since the portal was above the bedrock, I had no any other choices to go or build anywhere since I cant get down.
Secondly, I check around, there are multipal claimed land and portal just next to this one, So naturally I would feel the portal and the tiny glass house(not greater than 4*3*4) is useless, otherwise it would have been claimed.
If I knew that portal was so still needed while there are so many claimed portal beside, I would not break the protal then. I am not saying griefing on unclaimed land is acceptable, but the situation here makes me feel unreasonable and unfair.
