I got banned for stealing a beacon in a random wild spawn, ignoring the first rule, which says no griefing or stealing, even if it isn't claimed. Me, of course being unaware of this rule, took the beacon under my brother's assurement that it was ok to grab it. I passed my 5 day jail punishment, but am still banned from the shop. I do acknowledge my fault in this and would like to apologize to whomever I stole from. I hope this gets to whomever I stole from.

I'm not simplex staff so I tech should not be responding to these appeals but I do work for the Shopping District.
Typically bans from the SD last 6 months, after such, you may appeal. Any appeal made before 6 months is highly unlikely to be approved.
Theft of any kind will result in a ban from the SD.
