Your shop was taken down because you either
A: Your sign was out of date.
B: You did not open your shop in time.
C: You got banned from the District.

Seeing as you were able to see your shop gone, I can rule out C. So that leaves A and B. You say you updated your sign on the 11th. That rules out A.

So B, you did not open your shop in time. All players get one week to open their shop, then they can request an additional week. Your shop was not open so it was taken down.
Simply contact a District Manager if you wish to of had your shop open. You must have had to of been selling at least one item in your shop at a reasonable* price.
There is an 18 Diamond fee if you wish to pick up your shop items. Simply contact a District Manager when you see one in-game.

I suggest you read the District Manual again located directly in front of you at /warp shop and not just always take players' words for info.
