Username- Darkstalker999 Punishment- Perm ban from simplex Reason- Griefing spruceville. Appeal: Hello Simplex staff! Today, I will try to appeal the fact of a perm ban. The reason that I was banned was Building in spruceville. My appeal is that I had already Built that about 1 month ago (I think). The thing that I built was a "bunker" On the outskirts of spruce. I will not try to deny building it, and I say to Stumped_ Sorry for doing it. I had done it some time ago, and had just forgot to tell them about it. After I was jailed, I just thought that would be my punishment, and did not come to spruce anymore. However, after meeting with stumped_ for the first time In a couple of weeks, I thought I would show him it. All I did was let him tpa to me, then showed him it, then logged off. I have already served punishment for griefing, and as that was some time ago, I would ask the admins to review my ban. I really liked playing on the server, and hope that I can get at least moved to like a 2 month tempban or something like that. Ok so here are the main points of my appeal. - I built the bunker a long time ago, and I thought I had already been punished for it.
- I only came to spruceville to show stumped it, and had not been there a lot previously.
- I really like this server, and really wish to play on it. If you asked, "why did you grief then?" I Just say that I was angry that day, didnt sleep well, and have lots of work to do. I wasnt myself that Day (well, today), and hope that you can reconsider.

You have been warned, and TempBanned, on several occasions for building and griefing in the town despite being asked to leave, move on and stop.
One of the core rules of this server is not to build within 50-100 blocks of another claim without permission another is No Griefing.
You only recently (today I believe) told Stumped_ that this build is your active "Base Of Operation".
That base has now been rolled back and the land returned to it's previous state.
It was mentioned in the Staff Discord that you were on your last chance - you've now gone back to a 'town' which you were banished/banned from again, AND built there without permission.
I will speak to the rest of the Staff regarding your ban but, for the moment: I will not be reversing it.
Why not?
We have multiple punishment types that become more and more severe. (different jail times, different tempban lengths etc)
You have now gone through each step and have not learned anything from your 'mistakes'.
I have no reason to believe that if I was to unban you, you would play within the rules without any further rule-breaking.
In short:
You've broken multiple rules, multiple times and been handed multiple punishments. Each time you return to do it all again.
It's a pattern that I no longer want to see on the server. You will remain banned.

Thanks Darkstalker999 As per my previous reply: You had not served jail time for the build / using it as a "base of operations". It has been discussed in the Staff Chat and we have agreed the ban stands. If I get a chance, I will look into whether transferring the claims is something we would do for a banned player. I won't be doing it anytime soon as work has been particularly busy the last 2-3 weeks. Thanks, Phleanix
