I was wondering if we could create a new god rank for every color code. Some god ranks have the same color codes as others but say for example you didn't want to change the colors of any god ranks right now. Maybe we create new god ranks corresponding to the unused color code. My suggestion is to use more popular minor gods. Ex: Hercules, Persephone, Hypnos, Hecate, Thanatos, etc. I believe &2 and &6 don't have god ranks right now. I'd like to see everyone's opinions on this and I think it's not a bad idea. Especially since the god room is filling up like Shrek for example has no room for new people.

Thanks, -Crafty One solution to the god room filling up is removing the inactive players or just adding more space. Adding a new god rank does not fix the issue shrek is facing for example. |

Well the idea behind it is good. But I do not really see the point in adding more god ranks to clean up stuff.
I think the way to go is to expand the room and clear the inactive players. Just give those old "fallen" gods a hall of fame or something. If they ever decide to comeback u can remove them from there and add them back to their original god rank.
About the color change yeah some have the same color I agree like dyonsius and demeter. Poseidon and hermes. Making them more unique with an own color would be awesome but if that ever happens I dunno.

One thing that could be done is editing the floating god name text to match the color of that god.

It sounds like the god room could use a renovation overall.
-Match the wall color to the chat color like Choo suggested
-Expand each section to fit more gods
-Easier entry/exit
-Exclusive god room with endless appetizers
I don't want to see inactive players taken down because it removes the history.

Removing inactive players from the god rank room is not something I really see us doing. Players come and go, takes long breaks etc. They still have the rank and deserve to be on the wall. The only player that in theory don't have the rank that is on the wall currently, is me  (lost it to the admin rank). Anyway, the god rank room can be expanded or move. That part is not an issue when it comes to it. About rank colors, meehan put it this way when it was made: The first person to choose a specific rank, get to choose the color of that rank name, permanently. Also the bracket colors. Why? Because the colors are a part of the rank definition, and it would be a lot more to manage to have one rank for each player reaching 500 votes. Changing the color of one of the current god ranks is not a good idea either, because that will change it for everyone that has it. New god ranks or changes would need meehans input also. I know simmilar topics have been discussed several times before. |
