I jailed you and it was indeed for creating signs at /warp end.
There are multiple signs and warning / telling you not to build on the main end island.

On top of that, you'd been advertising your shop - without permission - in other peoples shops.

In addition to these things... you've also been breaking the rules on the forums today as well, it seems.

Your punishment / jailtime will stand and will not be reduced.
