Ban Appeal

There is no mistake here and I spent a very long time making sure what I was going to do was right. Last night I decided to go through our past anti xray notifications. They were being neglected a little, mostly due to new, stronger anti xray plugins. But obviously I wont be letting that happen again, even with the most experienced of players. When a starter/amateur/novice xrays, it's not much out of the ordinary. It doesn't effect staff or other players, but when a well established player xrays it's hard. I hate it. I've had to do this a couple times now and it makes me feel like the bad guy. I'll just give it to you straight with the evidence:

In this first pic, you mined gold that was in line with your 1x2 tunnel. not a big deal. Then the time logs from log block shows you then went through 2 layers of stone to get to these diamonds. there was also iron next to it but nothing that would have lead you up towards those diamonds.

Here in this pic, you came from the left. In that empty area on the left, you had found diamonds, and where you hit limit. Now I know those were in fact mined legit. But then you went a little further and dug down to hit these diamonds (slime blocks in the pic) only stone all around there. no ores that lead to them. A little tricky with that lava there but that didn't stop you.

Now what really sealed it for me was this last one. Without a doubt in my mind this was xray. You went down to these diamonds with nothing leading you to them other then xray. How could you know there were diamonds there under that stone next to that lava?

You know for a fact we are strict with our anti xray. You aren't a "sly" starter who just wanted to get a head start quickly. All I ask is why? We're not angry, we're just disappointed. Please let this be a lesson. Second time xraying is a perm ban. Don't let it get to that.
