Punishment and Duration: Ban from Shopping District - Forever
Reason: Stealing
Appeal: I believe a year to two years ago, I falsely made a conclusion that a shop on top of the nether was a community area. I then decided to almost completely wipe out the store of most of it's products. I was then banned for a few weeks and was banned from the shopping district. I realized my mistake and immediately regretted it. Now, I shop from nether shops and have not stolen any products. As you may know, I have not decided to appeal this ban until now. I believe over this time, I have become a better person on the server and have become more understanding of rules. I have not been banned since this unfortunate decision on my behalf. I hope this appeal can be addressed and accepted so I can shop and support businesses in the shopping district.

My two cents - for what it's worth.

I've interacted with F1F3 on the server many times including a few person-to-person sales. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this player. Without knowing the severity of the previous infraction, I would like to see F1F3 to be able to participate in the bulk of the server's economy. I think it is highly unlikely that he will steal again.

It's been a really long time (June 2018) and you haven't had any other punishments than the tempban for theft since then.
I will unban you from the shopping district.

What I don't quite understand though, is that after joining the server in February 2018, you went offline until June, joined back in for 1-2 days max to steal basically everything from my shop, and then wasn't back on the server again until November 2018.
And your explanation for thinking it was a community area doesn't really add up, after I found out that you threw most of the items to the players em5454 and Willowpuff, and they put all of it in chests low below ground, completely hidden away for staff not to find (but we ofc. can find it anyway).
It was a pain to clean up and took a long time, both finding all items, and fixing up the shop, especially since there were multiple players involved and items were thrown between you.
I was almost tempted to not unban you because of all of the above, but I decided to unban anyway since it's been so long.

With all of that said, I dont really need to say it, but I guess you understand that you wont get any more chances when it comes breaking rules.
You haven't broken any rules since then, as far as we know, so I guess you have learned
