As you might remember a while ago I stole a beacon. At that time I was Novice rank and I did not no so much about what the district is. Later on in the game, I found out that you can buy all sorts of cool blocks and books, etc. But when I hit 18 votes I realized that I was not permitted to go into the shop. I asked some people and they told me it was because I stole a beacon. I am very sorry for what I have done in the past, and after I stole the beacon I never did anything else because I learned from my mistake that I have done. I am wondering if you can at least temp-Ban for around a week or so and then after a week I would be allowed to enter the shop. Thank you Admins for reading my appeal, by and stay safe
