(Dear admins) I am very sorry for my actions. I had no idea that someone was using the beacon, i thought it was abandoned. I promise i will never do this ever EVER again. My username is Casey2009. And thank you for reading this jail appeal.

Did no one explain the rules to you? "While exploring, if you come across a thing that someone else has built, feel free to look around and admire it. (There are some amazing builds on the server, after all.) But remember the rule: If you did not make it or place it, it isn't yours. Don't break it or take it."
Anything. A house, a sheep pen, a beacon in the middle of a mine (or the middle of nowhere as far as you know). It isn't yours. Leave it alone and move on.
You didn't "accidentally steal" the beacon. You just thought no one would care that you stole it.
