Appeal:
I would like to start off this appeal by saying that I am sorry for how I've acted the last few months. My life felt like it hit rock bottom, and I started taking it out on the server and in other areas of life.
As a result of me feeling hopeless, I spiraled into a routine and habit of making sarcastic remarks and tasteless jokes.
It also resulted in a lot of complaining from me that was both unfair and unwarranted.
And this wasn't just in game- these issues caused me to be unpleasant to be around IRL too.
I would like to apologize for how I've acted. It truly was uncalled for- from my constant complaining and whining when things didn't go my way, to giving staff a hard time even though they were doing the best that they could.
I'm sorry for being rude and disrespectful to them in the past, and I'm also sorry for showing no regard for the rules of the server and for causing problems in chat.
I am also sorry for having complained over well-deserved punishments.
I know it's only been a few weeks, but I now understand why I was punished and that there was no other choice at the time.
I deeply regret that I put you guys in that situation, and I'm going to do my best to change my behavior from here-on-out. If given the chance to talk again in chat and to use the discord, I'll watch what I say before sending it and I'll refrain from complaining about things we cannot control. I'll keep my sarcastic comments to myself, and I'll stop acting like I know better than everyone else. I'll take the rules more seriously, and I'll start showing more respect to the staff team and any decisions they make.
From the day I joined Simplex, I've always wanted to leave a positive impact on the server, and only recently had I realized that thus far that hasn't been what I've been doing.
I hope it's not too late to change course. Please consider giving me another chance.
