appeal: I understand that with my track record I probably deserve it and I own up to my mistakes but also when staff are not on lunala spams penus as well
so like I said I completely own up to my mistakes and I love playing on this server so would love if I could you could put me on soft mute if you want im fine with that

and also a player named lunaleclipes spams penus when ever a staff member leaves but I do it and I get perma muted

Here are some of your history on the server, to give you a hint as to why you are permanently muted, and almost permanently banned:
8. Feb: Jailed 3 days for not replanting nether wart at /warp farm.
9. Feb: Muted 10 minutes for complaining about jail time several times after warning and told to appeal at the forum.
9. Feb: Got unjailed with a warning to not do it again.
22. Feb: Asked staff for help, said his house was griefed and on fire when he logged in. Logblock told another story, he set his own house on fire. Logged out immediately when asked why.
25. Feb: Jailed 3 days for theft from a shop in the shopping district. Got banned from the shopping districts.
25. Feb: Extended jail time to 7 days. Griefing of hoppers in the cobble farm at /warp farm.
25. Feb: Muted for 1 day, kept spamming chat while in jail.
9. Mar: TPd to a staff member and started breaking blocks around them, apparently to "help make smooth and not so jagged". Got jailed, then unjailed shortly after with a warning.
9. Mar: Jailed a few days for stealing eggs from TheMrChizman while apparently working in his base.
22. Mar: Muted 10 minutes for calling meehan a fucking idiod and a shit hole.
25. Mar: Placing lava buckets in trees so they catched fire in an unclaimed area just for fun, because of boredom. It got rolled back without punishment.
4. Apr: Muted 10 minutes for nagging about wanting to attend shopping district auction, even though he is banned from the districts. Was warned several times, but didnt stop.
10. Apr: Tempbanned 7 days. Stired up chat intentionally and wanted to get banned.
10. Apr: Got unbanned and permanently muted instead, after appealing.

ok so about the Meehan one I understand I did it but it was a chiz challenge and I don't remember the 25 march incedent and the lucid one with the blocks I acedently placed a block then tried destroying and got jailed

Continuing to argue about it... continuing to "but what about"... isn't going to shorten your permanent mute. It's just going to keep reminding the staff why you're muted.
Also, spamming tpa requests to other players so you can place signs ends up being just another way to annoy other players. It isn't helping your position here.
