Me and my two mates Squidwarty and Nugget6207 were playing on the server after finding one to play, they played for a while and i got off.
the next day i hoped on and made a house by the river side beside squidwarty's. after that i went to nugget's chest and took the 6 diamonds they have put in there after they voted. and now i am in jail. us three will be in a discord call later today.

You are in jail because you denied taking diamonds from Nugget6207 until logblock showed it and you were jailed. Your appeal doesn’t say anything about how you will improve this behavior while you intend to play on Simplex. The only reason I make an exception to let you out of jail early will be your friend’s forgiveness and their wanting to play with you. However, a second incident will have stronger punishment. I advise you to read the rules before continuing to play. This can save you from further trouble in the game.
