I have been contacted by another player, EliteBuilder69, via /msg that they are unable to send a regular message through the in-game chat. I have tried toggling the mute/softmute commands on and off, with no impact, and have advised the player to look into his/her chat settings as suggested by the community.

Could this player have possibly been muted by another moderator?

If so, could we possibly have a board/thread for moderators to stay up-to-date with currently muted/jailed members, etc...

If this is not a result of some sort of disciplinary action, could someone please advise in regards to further assisting this player.
