Adding this for SkyFallBoss' benefit, since I mentioned him in my reply above. This is the relevant portion of my game log, minus all the rest of the ingame chatter at the time:

This is about where his friend, aaron223, walked into the scene. SkyFallBoss was still fishing, and Matrix was still throwing "false positives":
