IGN: Erik1901 Punishment and Duration: Banned forever. Reason: Xray Appeal: I have been banned for about a year now and i would like to get back on the server because my friend plays here alot. I was xraying for diamonds and disconnected and got banned when i was offline. When i came back after 7 days the diamonds were still there becuase i logged out from the message that i am mining too fast. I mined the diamonds then went to spawn and crafted a new pick and enchanted it. I logged out and got banned again because i mined the diamonds.
I would like to get back on the server and i think i have served alot of time and i have learned my lesson. I want to do map art with my friend and i need to be on the server to do that.
Sincerely, Erik.

Your first ban was by Emajor7 on the 2nd of May 2018, for xraying the day prior, on the 1st of May.
Now, unlike what you're saying, the next diamond ore you mined since that date was on the 13th of May 2018. You didn't mine diamonds that were still there as Emajor7 removed those (as he should, since they are still xrayed diamonds after all). Instead, you mined straight into a wall of someone else's stripmine right near the location of your previous xraying, suddenly went down 2 blocks straight into diamond ore (that you otherwise wouldn't have uncovered), and attempted to mine those. You only managed to mine a single diamond ore as you still had no 'mining points' left. Then you went ahead and filled this tunnel back in (presumably in an attempt to cover your tracks). This is what I banned you for. I always double check the dates of logs exactly to avoid punishing players for an offense they've already been punished for.
Anyhow, it has indeed been quite a while (7 months and a half), so let's give you another chance. (Don't waste it.) You've been unbanned.

Correction just for the sake of accuracy: the dates VeilStar references above happened in 2019 (about 7 months ago), not 2018. Not that it matters now. Just for the record.
