Reason for ban : Multiple Vc complaints
Reason for appealing : I was banned from the discord, I wasnt active on the discord at the time and Im confused as to whats going on.

We have gotten multiple complaints over a long span of time, a few weeks ago (December 7th to be exact) was a more recent one. If you remember I told you about it in a DM on discord and warned you. Told you to keep it civil. We recently got another complaint a few days ago and have decided to revoke your privilege of being allowed onto our discord server.

For the December 7th situation I made an internet explorer joke about that player and they took it the wrong way I admit it was a bad dad joke, I found it amusing and the other players did as well, While it may have been in poor taste I don't believe it was offensive, There were players in the call at the time who would agree with me on this. The second thing on December 7th was about a player who joined and felt they were ignored. There were I believe 6 people in the call at the time and as such it was hard to notice him.

Hey, so sorry for butting my head into this, however I just wanted to say on December 7th I was in the voice chat call on discord with darth and a few other players and he had made an internet explorer meme joke which no one found offensive and during that time said nothing else that would be considered offensive.

I shouldn't be butting my head in either but I as well was in that call but that internet explorer joke was meant to be lighthearted and not offensive. While it was or was not done in a lighthearted tone, we must always follow the rules. Be respectful to everyone. Furthermore I don't think "joking" about "how much time someone has left" falls under lighthearted-ness or being respectful. That shit is fucked up and one of the people who was said "probably make it to the new year but won't last long after that." has had a rough year and I will not tolerate any further shitty-ness from players towards this player (especially when they are not there to give you shit back). Other staff have recounted other times darth's conversations leaned into the land of "not ok" and he has had plenty of warnings on how not to behave in the public discord VC. There is a time and place for dark humor and this is for sure not it.

Sadly he wasnt joking about that, I have had a shit shit year. And I had on many occasions vented to Darth and a couple others about how I have been feeling and how I was tired of loosing people I loved. The end of July I lost a good friend in a car accident, my aunt lost her battle to lung cancer and I haven't been able to find or contact my better half since November 18th. So I would have to say his concerns were justified. I know Darth can come off a s abrasive at times but he has grown a lot since he joined. I cant promise that he is going to always be a perfect solider, but he is a good noodle(most days).... And as for me I am seeking help for the way i have been feeling.

Look Darth I apologize for the mess that happened with the discord. I can tell that it is partially part of me to blame. I need to grow a pair and suck it up to the shit people give me. I deal with alot at work but when i come home im so drained it can be hard for me to not take things to heart. but look man i feel really bad all this has happened. I feel I should not interven on forums but im sure this will blow over soon and ull be back soon. Look i apologize for my part in u getting removed. I hope this will blow over soon and u can come back. Good luck with the gambling lol, and have a merry christmas
