Hello Staff,
Hey i just joined the server today, and im just going to mine in caves, after that i found four diamonds and i cant even get them because of that message so i make a home there. After building a chest on the surface i go back to my diamonds home and get the two, so i reapeating this because there was always this message since i was banned. It was just luck that i found some diamonds. Sry for my bad english my main language is not english. Can i please get a second chance to prove that im legit

Mongolei, SnuRRe will deal with your appeal. In the meantime, two players are asking to remove your claim and they said you said it was OK. Can you please confirm?

I think you know very well that you indeed was using xray. If you forgot, here is a quick reminder:
You were indeed in a cave, but that was only the start of it.
Here are two pictures of several mines, that started in that cave. All which ends up directly into a patch of ores with nothing but stone leading into them. Some were also a bit downwards:
Then we have this interresting mine, leading down to three ore patches and nothing else:
In the next picture, you came from the right, turned directly into a patch of iron ores, then continued directly into another patch of iron ores, and then stopped and went back:
And last, but not least. Your last diamond ore before you got banned. You made a nice staircase down, then turned left directly into diamond ores, with only stone leading up to them:
This is not luck, this is pure cheating. Your ban stays.
You are welcome back after a week, without cheats. If you are caught cheating again, you will be permanently banned.

Your ban time was just extended by 3 days, for evading your ban with an alt account. Not a good idea.
This is your last chance. Go against the rules again and you're out, permanently.

Could you send the proof from Anaisttoll because with this acc i wasnt xray. I will not spend time getting those, as alt accounts are not allowed on Simplex in the first place. And using alts to evade a ban is even worse. Be glad I only extended your tempban, and didn't perm ban you immediately. |
