Hello, my little brother was playing on my account(I take full accountability of what happened and trust me it wont happen again). I wanted to show him the server that I was playing on so that when he got a computer he could play with me. My appeal is that I would like to have my diamond gear back, because it took a long time to get(my sword, my pickax, and my helmet) and at least have my jail time reduced a little bit if at all possible. He was not aware of the rules at all and I should have in formed him. It is my fault, and i blame myself entirely for my ignorance.

Diamond gear was removed as there was no Diamond Block found at your base or your inventory. So I would have to assume either the block was broken down to make the gear or it was destroyed. So unless you can tell me where that block is, the gear will not be returned. As for your 'brother' playing on your account, there is no way for the staff to figure out who was actually behind the account at the time the griefing happened. You are responsible for your account and the actions done on it. And while I'm pleased that you took ownership of that I will not reduce your jail time. We take griefing seriously and to reduce sentence time would not be fair to those who have been jailed for the same reasons.

Going back on the gear issue, once you are out of jail.. send me a /msg or /mail and I'll see if I can do something for you so you are not completely without.

Leadership and obedience are the two legs on which an individual's life is balanced. Without both, victory cannot be achieved. Leadership depends on information and comprehension, not so obedience. Sometimes the individual may choose to share details of their plan, often they may not. In either case, obedience must be instant and complete. Such automatic response relies on trust between the individual and those who follow them. And that trust can only be obtained through leadership.
