Hello, you do in fact have a strip mine and to the untrained eye it looks very normal. But after doing this for over 3 years I can spot what others might think nothing of.
You did in fact hit the mining limit. Fortune 3 has nothing to do with the antixray plugin. It counts ores broken, not diamonds obtained. This is where you hit the limit. ** slime blocks where the diamonds were and magenta wool where other ores are **
as you can see, you did find redstone here. but no ores led you to these diamonds. coincidence? perhaps. I decided to go through your mines even though they looked normal.
No ores led you to these either. stone above and to the side of it. I don't believe in two lucky finds in one mine.
then:
A third time. stone covered these as well.
