Greetings staff and fellow members,
I was apparently temp banned for whatever reason, I am not sure what it's about, suspicion of some sort as I was mining at random and I do this a lot, I move around to different areas of the game to see what exactly i can come across. I don't just stay in one area, and when I am mining, I move in every direction to try to open as wide an area as possible and going in multiple directions.
I am not going to make any excuses or whine about being temp banned, all I can say is what ever lead the staff to feel it necessary than I do sincerely apologize and vow to obey all server rules, (if I knew where they are to read them would be a help).
I am not a trouble maker of any sorts, I tend to keep to Myself and try to build things that I think people like, and will chat at random to try to help others as well as to learn more about the game.
As far as resource packs or x-ray mode, since I was not aware of it's allowability of use or not to be used, I will also make sure to never use these packs on the server.
I do have resource packs, i.e. Clarity-1.14 / Programmer Art / and the Default packs.
I come here to have fun and escape from the real world as stressful as it is and unwind while I am here. I enjoy this server and the people on it, as well as hope to be a contributing factor whenever / wherever possible.
If the staff would see it in their heart to reconsider the ban I will do whatever they request to show my respect and gratitude to them and the server. I am fairly new to simplex, and do not yet (still) know all the ins /outs & do's or don'ts, but will make more effort in learning as I go.
Again, I apologize for any infraction that I am accused and promise not to do whatever it is in the future.

Dude, I was there observing when you were xraying, and when I became visible you immediately tp'd home to throw your diamond ores into a furnace -- what, thinking that we wouldn't notice diamond ores smelted instead of mined? SnuRRe also observed your multiple "textbook" xray-straight-to-diamonds tunnels and mines -- straight to diamonds otherwise hidden behind stone or other non-valuable blocks. Even mining straight down to diamonds from your base. Once? Maybe good luck. Several times in a row, in close succession? Nope. Your valuable mineable ores (and diamond tools) have been removed from your chests, inventory (and furnaces), although I left you your coal. Your tempban stands at 7 days. 2nd time will be a perm ban. Have a nice week, hopefully see you when you return. ----- ALSO: The rules are posted at spawn. They're literally the first thing you see when you join the game. When you return, you might want to re-read them. (You might find Rule #5 to be of especial interest.) Cheers.  |

Em, excuse you there "DUDE" My name is not "DUDE", got it?! And I often mine straight down, and many times have ended up falling into lava because of it. Also "DUDE" if you check my diamond pick it CLEARLY displays among other things such as mending unbreaking and "SILK TOUCH" so OBVIOUSLY it would need to be smelted in a furnace! But I'm not going to argue with the likes of a disrespectful lad as you, "DUDE". You can take whatever is appropriate out of inventory, BUT i already had some diamonds in my inventory BEFORE this from VOTING so THOSE particular diamonds should by all rights STILL be in inventory. Another thing, I never SAW you come online so THAT in it's self is a LIE , and as far as tp'ing home, I always tp back to home any time the I do anything, weather mining or tp'ing to my other build(s) or just out exploring, theres no rules against that, so I will continue to do so "DUDE". However, "DUDE" I already said that I would abide the rules and read them when able to return, I don't appreciate being called "DUDE" by you or anyone, ok "DUDE"? Learn some manners / respect when speaking to members, weather staff or other members, that is also one of "THE RULES" DUDE!! Otherwise, have a nice week, "DUDE"  |

Hey dude, chill. We take everything including voting diamonds. We wont sit there and count out how many diamonds you got from voting. you could have spent them all on things or lost them when dying in lava ect. So no, you will have nothing of mine-able value. Not only one staff member found your mines to be xraying, but two did.
On another note, respect is earned and you have done nothing to earn it, dude. Hope this week you can reflect on what you have learned here and come back anew.

Btw, javaninja i have never dealt with you, and for you to come off to speak to me and be a name calling DUDE is nothing less than rude, arrogant, and very immature. Try wearing your big boy pants and learn some manners that are RULES for everyone, like respect, and call someone by name/username instead of being a little boy and calling people "DUDE" You don't see me calling you "****" or "*******" do you? It's the same principle, and it's called MANNERS/RESPECT to ALL members and staff. I believe that is also one of your precious rules on the server as well, "BE RESPECTFUL TO EVERYONE" key word there, EVERYONE,.. well you broke that one hands down "DUDE"!! All i am asking is for your ignorance to stop, ok name callers. both of you are being rude and ignorant, and i have reported both your posts for name calling. I call people by their name, not by DUDE, or any other ignorance, if yu can't do the same than that shows a lot about you personally!
So again, I will ask that you Do NOT call me dude, and call me by my name, that is all i am asking and as supposed staff members you should be setting better examples rather than calling names and being complete and total *****!!
Grow up and be mature, if you know how, and lose your ignorance and disrespect!

I didn't know calling someone dude was calling them a disrespectful name. You poor sheltered soul. When one day you get called something that is actually disrespectful, or god forbid a racial slur, I hope you realize why your comments here are so absurd.
