Not a gigantic issue, but I wish you could report offline players or just a report at a location when you don't know who caused issues.
For example if you have found obvious evidence of greifing, stealing, etc and want to report it, you can't without a name.
Or if someone joins and is being awful in chat then leaves, you can't report them then.
